Reports Centre, Analytics & Governance

The Reports hub (/reports) is your central directory for all operational, financial, inventory, GST, statutory Mandi tax, and analytical reports in Digital Bahi. Most tabular reports support standardized Excel and PDF (or CSV) exports.

1. Financial Statements & Books

Track your general ledger balances and prepare period-end statements:

• Party, Farmer & Account Ledgers: Chronological statements with Payable / Receivable / Advance balance badges and PDF/CSV downloads.
• Day Book & Journal Register: Chronological log of all daily vouchers and multi-line journal entries.
• Cash Book & Bank Book: Daily cash drawer and bank account inflow/outflow registers.
• Trial Balance: Account-group summary verifying that total Debits equal total Credits.
• Profit & Loss & Trading Account: Trading Gross Profit, Commodity COGS breakdown, Aadat/Commissions, Indirect Expenses, and Net Profit.
• Balance Sheet: Capital, Liabilities, Fixed Assets, Inventory Stock, Receivables, and Cash/Bank balances.

2. Inventory & Stock Reports

Monitor physical grain quantities and weighted-average stock valuation:

• View Stock & Stock Ledger: Real-time available quintals, average rate, total stock value, and lot-by-lot inward/outward movement history.

3. Money, Aging & Outstanding Reports

Stay on top of collections and payables:

• Receivable & Payable Aging: Breaks down overdue buyer receivables and farmer/supplier payables by aging buckets (0–30, 31–60, 61–90, 90+ days).
• Labour & General Sundry Outstanding: Tracks unpaid balances across labor liability accounts (such as Tulai and Dhanka) and sundry parties.
• Classified Charges Report: Summarizes charges collected or deducted by charge head and transaction category.

4. Statutory Mandi Tax & Reconciliation (/reports/mandi-tax)

Digital Bahi provides a dedicated statutory reporting suite for Mandi committee compliance across 6 tabs:

• Liability Register: Summarizes accrued, recovered, and payable Mandi Shulk and statutory levies.
• Charge Summary: Aggregates statutory fees by rate and commodity.
• Purchase Tax Register & Sale Recovery Register: Line-by-line tracking of Mandi Tax Paid (MTP) on inward lots and Mandi Tax recovered on outward sales.
• Challan Register: Tracks statutory tax challan payments and settlements.
• Reconciliation: Automated diagnostic engine that detects mismatches between purchase tax snapshots, ledger accruals, challan settlements, and stock lot tax recoveries.

5. GST & Tax Reports

Prepare and reconcile monthly GST filings:

• GST Summary, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & HSN Summary
• GSTR-2B & GST Ledger Reconciliation
• GST Return Workspace, ITC & Period Liability

Open Reports > Business Overview > Business Dashboard (or Detailed Analysis) for interactive management KPIs, charts, and cashflow analysis:

• Executive KPIs: Net Profit, Cash Balance, Bank Balance, Stock Value, Receivables, Payables, Working Capital, Current Ratio, and Gross/Net Profit Margins.
• Cash Flow & Fund Flow Statements: Breaks down cash movements into Operating, Investing, and Financing activities and analyzes changes in working capital.
• Monthly Profit Trend & Account Balance Trend: Visual bar/trend charts comparing month-over-month profitability and ledger trajectories.
• Expense & Income Nature Analysis: Highlights your largest operational cost drivers and revenue streams.

7. Accounting Governance & Approvals Hub (/accounts/governance)

For businesses that enforce multi-level review controls, Administration > Approvals (/accounts/governance) provides:

• Approval Inbox: Review, Approve, or Reject submitted vouchers across up to 5 configurable approval levels (Draft → Submitted → Approved → Posted → Locked).
• Workflow Configuration: Configure per-voucher-type approval rules (Payment, Receipt, Journal, Contra, Purchase, Sale), required role levels (Manager, Owner), self-approval restrictions, and auto-lock on post.
• Compliance & Audit Reports: Inspect the Voucher Audit Timeline, Voucher Status Summary, Reversals Register, User Activity Log, and Governance Exceptions.
