Register Your Business
When public registration is available, you can create a Digital Bahi workspace without waiting for a manually created account. Digital Bahi verifies your email, collects the minimum business information, confirms your plan, and securely prepares the new workspace before sign-in.
Registration links may be hidden while Digital Bahi is in a controlled rollout. If the registration page says the service is unavailable, use Request Demo or contact Digital Bahi Support. Do not repeatedly submit the form.
Before you start
Keep these details ready:
- Your full name and an email address you can open immediately.
- Your mobile number, if you want it associated with the account.
- Business name, state, city, and GSTIN if the business is GST-registered.
- A strong password for the new business Owner account.
- A supported payment method if you choose a paid plan.
Register a new business
1. Start registration
Open Start Free Trial or Buy Now on the Digital Bahi website. Confirm your name, email, mobile number, and whether you want to begin with a trial or purchase.

2. Verify your email
Open the verification message sent to your email and use its link to continue. Verification links are time-limited. If the link has expired, return to the verification screen and request another email.

3. Enter business details
Enter the business name, state, and city. GSTIN is optional for an unregistered business. If Digital Bahi says the GSTIN needs review, follow the displayed guidance; details of another business are never shown.

4. Create the Owner password
Create the password you will use to sign in after the workspace is ready. Do not share it with staff or support. Digital Bahi does not send this password back by email, so store it securely.

5. Choose trial or paid access
If a free trial is available and your identity is eligible, Start Free Trial is shown. Otherwise, select a paid plan and billing cycle. Always review the plan price, tax, and total supplied on the screen before continuing.

6. Complete payment when required
Paid registration opens Razorpay Checkout. Complete payment only in the secure checkout window. Closing the browser does not mean payment failed: return to the registration status screen and use Check payment status before trying again. This helps avoid unnecessary duplicate attempts.

7. Wait while the business is prepared
Digital Bahi creates the secure business workspace, Owner access, standard setup, and selected subscription. You may refresh the page safely. If the screen says support review is needed, your recorded payment remains safe and you should not pay again.

8. Continue to sign in
When Your business is ready appears, note the displayed Business login code and select Continue to login. The login code is filled in automatically for that browser session. Enter the Owner password created earlier.

First-time onboarding
After the first successful Owner login, Digital Bahi opens a short setup checklist for the authenticated business:
- Complete the Business Profile.
- Confirm the current Financial Year.
- Import or create Commodities.
- Review applicable Charges and Mandi taxes.
- Add Opening Balances if you are bringing existing books into Digital Bahi.
The first four items are required for reliable daily work. Opening Balances are optional and can be skipped for now. You can open the Dashboard at any time and return through the Setup Center.

Register another business as an existing Owner
An authenticated business Owner can open the Register another business flow. Digital Bahi reuses the verified Owner identity but creates a separate business workspace and asks for a new password for that business. A trial is not automatically granted again; the available trial or paid choices shown on screen are authoritative.
After completion, use the new business login code. If you later sign in with an email or mobile number connected to several businesses, select the correct business from the workspace list.
If something goes wrong
- Verification link expired: request another verification email.
- Page refreshed: continue from the current registration status shown in the same browser session.
- Payment window closed: check payment status before retrying.
- Provisioning is retrying: wait; do not start another registration or payment.
- Support review required: contact support and keep your registration details available.
- Cannot sign in: use the displayed login code and the Owner password you created, or use Forgot Password.
